2004 - Formed late 2004.
2005 - E37 play their first show at the 2005 East Coast Blues & Roots Festival.
2006 - Return to play amongst the 2006 East Coast Blues & Roots Festival line up.
2006 - The band work with Producer Steve James on debut recordings.
2006 - E37's debut EP becomes available at shows.
2006 - The band embark on a SA tour sponsored by Coopers.
2006 - "Automatic Everything” wins the 2006 NCEIA (North Coast Entertainment Industry Association) Dolphin Award for the category “Best Rock/Metal/Alternative” song and is also chosen as a finalist for the category “Song of the Year”.
2006 - The band return for another SA tour.
2007 - E37 merchandise becomes available at shows.
2007 - E37 tour extensively on the East Coast of NSW.
2007 - "Automatic Everything" & "Easy Graceful Descent" feature on the soundtrack for "BAY OF THE DEAD" A Zombie/Surf flick by Australian Byron Bay film making duo Jason Collins & Johnny Abegg.
2007 - E37 make their 3rd SA tour.
2007 - The band film a clip for "Automatic Everything" with Film Maker Luke Gibbs.
2007 - E37's hire van catches on fire during an East Coast tour.
2007 - "Easy Graceful Descent" wins "Best Alternative/Metal" song and "Best Rock" song , "Over Capacity" wins "Best Male Vocals" and is also chosen as a finalist for "Song of the Year" in the 2007 NCEIA Dolphin Awards.
2008 - The band rock shows at the Tamworth Music Festival.
2008 - Engine Three Seven relocate to the city of Melbourne... (It's only just begun)
2008 - E37 are added to the Saltar Hype Booking Agency roster.
2008 - E37's debut self-titled EP becomes available worldwide through Rare Records.
2008 - Engine Three Seven announce Euro Tour 2008/2009.
